Tianfu Airport Train Station (TianfuJichang Station) is a railway station located underground in the comprehensive transportation center of Chengdu Tianfu International Airport (TFU) in Lujia Town, Jianyang City, Sichuan Province. It is a railway station on the Chengdu – Zigong – Yibin High-Speed Railway. It is expected to be completed and put into operation on December 26 of 2023. At that time, passengers will be able to take the high-speed train from Tianfu Airport to the central Chengdu city in Chengdu East Railway Station or travel to other destinations such as Zigong, Luzhou, and Yibin. Tianfu Airport Railway Station will have 2 platforms and 6 railway lines.
When Tianfujichang Station opens, travelers departing from Chengdu East Station can reach Tianfu International Airport in just half an hour, providing a swift and convenient option for catching flights.

Upon arrival at Tianfu Airport Station via the high-speed rail, passengers can easily reach the transfer hall within 3 minutes using elevators, as guided by station signs. The transfer hall on the ground floor provides “Check-in” counters on both sides, where passengers can complete check-in procedures and handle baggage drop-off before proceeding directly to the airport terminal for boarding.
Chengdu – Zigong – Yibin High Speed Railway
Chengdu – Zigong – Yibin High Speed Railway is a high-speed railway under construction in China, connecting Chengdu, Zigong, and Yibin cities in Sichuan Province. The total length of the railway is 261 kilometers, with a designed speed of 350 kilometers per hour for the Tianfu New Area to Yibin section and 250 kilometers per hour for the Chengdu East to Tianfu New Area section.
Starting from Chengdu East Station, the railway passes through Tianfu Railway Station, Tianfu Airport Railway Station, Ziyang and Neijiang in Sichuan Province, enters Zigong, and arrives at Zigong Station.
