From Hong Kong to Zhengzhou: You can take the only one direct high speed train G80 from Hong Kong West Kowloon Station at 08:05 to Zhengzhou East Railway Station (ZhengzhouDong)at 14:25, taking 6h20. Ticket fares are shown below.

From Zhengzhou to Hong Kong: G79 leaves once daily from Zhengzhou East Railway Station (ZhengzhouDong) at 12:34 and reaches at the terminal Hong Kong West Kowloon Station at 18:58, taking 6h24. Ticket fares are shown below.

2. Hong Kong – Guangzhou / Shenzhen – Zhengzhou by High Speed Train

Since there is only one direct high speed linking Hong Kong and Zhengzhou, it sometimes sell out quickly. Thus, you can consider making a transfer at Guangzhou or Shenzhen, which have more rail links to or from Hong Kong or Zhengzhou.

Trainsfer in Guangzhou

Guangzhou South Station is a key rail hub for transfering, which has 30 high speed trains to or from Zhengzhou Railway Station or Zhengzhou East Railway Station, as well as 34 daily high speed trains to or from Hong Kong West Kowloon Station.

You can travel on this route: HK – Guangzhou South – Zhengzhou or Zhengzhou East. You will find more train options with flexible train times.

Transfer in Shenzhen North

Shenzhen North is also a transfer point but it has less trains, just 6 to or from Zhengzhou East Train Station or 4 to or from Zhengzhou Railway Station. But it has frequent high speed trains to or from Hong Kong West Kowloon Station.
