By flight: Flight is far more faster than a high speed train, but it can be expersive and an uncertain option as it may get often delayed or sometimes cancelled in China. If you are in a rush, then opt for a plane.

The high speed trains run frequently between Hong Kong West Kowloon & Shenzhen North (Shenzhenbei), as well as Shenzhen North & Wenzhou South (Wenzhounan), which are fairly cheap and reliable.
