How to Travel from Zhangjiajie to Wangxian Valley

 Introduction

If you’re planning to visit the stunning Wangxian Valley from Zhangjiajie, you’re in for a treat here.

Step 1: Traveling from Zhangjiajie to Changsha

The first leg of your journey involves traveling from Zhangjiajie to Changsha. Although there is a direct high-speed train from Zhangjiajie West Station to  Shangrao Railway Station, it departs early at 7:43 AM and is not recommended due to its limited availability. Instead, consider making a transfer at Changsha South Station.

Step 2: Transfer at Changsha South Station

Step 3: Arriving at Shangrao Train Station

Once you reach  Shangrao Railway Station, follow the station’s signage to locate the East Bus Station, also known as the High-Speed Rail Station Bus Station. This is where you will catch a direct bus to Wangxian Valley.
