Shanghai – Huangshan by High Speed Train or Sleeper Train?
In the past, sleeper train or bus even a flight is often the way to go for travelling between Shanghai and Huangshan. The G-category high speed train is clean and punctual, and allows you a good chance to enjoy the landscapes along the high speed rail line, which will be a fun experience.
Travelling by a sleeper train is another good way to go travel between Shanghai and Huangshan. Two K-category sleeper trains between Shanghai Railway Station & Huangshan Railway Station are available daily. They are safe and clean and will save you a night’s hotel accommodation, and you won’t miss a day of travelling. Be aware that there are only one daily high speed trains between Shanghai Hongqiao & Huangshan North, and only two K sleeper trains between Shanghai Railway Station and Huangshan Railway Staton. You’d better book tickets as 60 days ahead of departure.
The finally way to go is taking a high speed train from Shanghai Hongqiao to Shangrao(上饶) first (33 daily), then a connecting high speed train from Shangrao to Huangshan North (17 trains daily).
