  1. Hi,
If I buy a ticket from Guangzhou South to Kowloon West on the new fast train service it says I need to collect it in Kowloon west, which is fine, but do you know how far in advance you can collect it?

I’m going from Kowloon West to GZ South 10 days prior, can I collect both tickets on this day?
