There are 3 entrances to the station

Taxis will drop you in front of Gate 1

There are trains to Hong Kong

There are high speed trains to Shenzhen

All 3 have different ticket offices and departure areas

Gate 2 is on the right-hand side, around the corner

The ticket office for long distance trains is inside gate 2

On the opposite side, far left, is gate 7

Gate 5 is used only to exit

The luggage storage is just after security of gate 13

Walking down the long corridor of gate 2 you arrive at the East ticket office

From gate 7 you have the West ticket office

Tickets for Hong Kong can only be purchased at one ticket office

From the center of the station, take the escalator up

And follow the signs to the Guangzhou-Kowloon ticket office

To catch the HK train, you need to go up one more escalator
