Introduction
There are no direct high-speed trains from Emeishan to Jiuzhaigou, however, you can still reach Jiuzhaigou by making a couple of transfers in Chengdu East Station and Huanglongjiuzhai Railway Station (the closest train station to both Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong Scenic Areas).

Step 1: Eemeishan to Chengdu East Station
The first step is to take a train from Emeishan Railway Station to Chengdu East Railway Station (Chengdudong). There are 28 trains daily running between them, taking 1h15.

Step 2: Chengdu East Station to Huanglongjiuzhai
Upon arrival at Chengdu East Station, you can catch the next train to Huanglongjiuzhai Railway Station. There are 7 daily trains from Chengdu East to Huanglongjiuzhai, and the journey takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Ticket prices range from CNY 128 to CNY 144.
Step 3: Huanglongjiuzhai to Jiuzhaigou / Huanglong by Through Bus

Upon arriving at Huanglongjiuzhai Railway Station, you can take a through bus to either Jiuzhaigou Valley or Huanglong Scenic Area. These buses are well-coordinated with the train schedules, ensuring minimal waiting time.
Bus from Huanglongjiuzhai to Jiuzhaigou Valley

- Duration: 1.5-2 hours

- Bus Schedule: First bus at 08:30, last bus at 21:15; return buses start at 10:10, with the last bus at 22:15.
- Through bus to Jiuzhaigou Valley: The bus ride from Huanglongjiuzhai Station to Jiuzhaigou Valley takes about 2 hrs, CNY 51/p.
- Through bus to Huanglong: If you’re headed to Huanglong, the bus ride is even shorter—just about 40-50 minutes, CNY 28/p.
