As of January of 2021, there are 4-7 daily high speed trains running between Beijing and Taizicheng Olympic Village area, Chongli District of Zhangjiakou City in Hebei Province. These high speed trains are using Beijing North Railway Station and Qinghe Railway Station in Beijing, and Taizicheng Railway Station in Olympic village in Chongli, and they are using CR400BF trainset.

Get from Beijing to Taizicheng: Take Beijing’s subway Line 2 Line 4 Line 13 (via Xizhimen 西直门)to Beijing North (Beijingbei) or take subway Line 13 to Qinghe Railway Station first, then change to a high speed train to Taizicheng Railway Station. Journey time is about 50 – 70 minutes and ticket price starts from CNY88.

Get from Taizicheng to Beijing: Just take a bullet train from Taizicheng, and arrive at Beijing North or Qinghe Railway Station in Beijing.

The official China Railway Corporation has launched its English version booking site www.12306.cn/en/ on November of 2020, allowing foreigners to buy train tickets with their valid passports and credit card payments. Now you can search the offical national rail timetable with English search results. Just enter “beijingbei”, “qnghe”, “taizicheng” as your departure or arrival stations.
