Station Info
Puer Railway Station (Puer) is a railway station in Pu’er City of Yunnan Province, Southwest of China. The station is an intermedial station of Yuxi – Mohan Railway, serving trains to or from Kunming, Kunming South, Huanian, Yuanjiang, Mojiang, Xishuangbanna, Yuxi, Mengla, Mohan, etc. It even has trains to Leshan, Meishan and Chengdu South in Sichuan Province. The station is about 6 km from central Puer City, and 3.4 km from Pu’er Simao Airport.
China- Laos International trains D887 / D888 are also calling at Puer Railway Station. D887 train from Kunming South to Vientaine is calling at Pu’er Railway Station at 10:32. D888 from Vientiane to Kunming stopping at Pu’er at 17:06.
International Train D887 / D888
The Kunming – Vientiane international cross-border train started operation on April 13, 2023, running once daily in each directing between Kunming South and Vientiane, calling at Pu’er Railway Station, Xishuangbanna Railway Station, Mohan Railway Station in China, and Boten Station, Luang Prabang Station, Vang Vieng Station in Laos. The whole journey takes around 10h30m.
