Fenghuang Airport Train Station
Fenghuang Airport Train Station (凤凰机场站, Fenghuangjichang Railway Station) is a railway station along the Hainan Western Ring High Speed Railway, close to and serving bullet trains to and from Sanya Fenghuang International Airport. Fenghuang Airport Train Station, which is located 180 meters north of Sanya Airport and 14 kilometers from Sanya urban area, begun its operation on December 30, 2015 and have since been serving as an Airport-Rail-Link, providing passenger rail transport to or from the airport and nearby cities, which allows passengers to take a high speed train to or from cities including Haikou East, Meilan, Qinghai, Sanya, Wenchang, etc.
Fenghuang Airport Train Station covers an area of 4531 squares and is equipped with 8 ticket machines, 6 ticket windows and 6 ticket check controllers plus 2 platforms and 4 tracks.

High Speed Train Service
As an airport-rail link, Fenghuang Airport Train Station is connected by high speed bullet trains (D type) with Sanya, Yazhou, Lefang, Dongfang, Qiziwan, Yintan, Lingao South, Haikou, Melan Airport Train Station, Boao, Wanning, Shenzhou, Qionghai, Lingshui, etc, which provides travelers with easy access to Sanya Airport by rail.

By Rail
Sanya City – Sanya Airport by Train, 9 minutes & from CNY 7
Travelers can travel between Sanya and Fenghuang (Phoenix) Airport by high speed trains using Sanya Railway Station and Fenghuang Airport Train Station, which takes 9 – 11 minutes and costs from 7 yuan in a 2nd class seat. Currently, there are 10 daily high speed trains connecting Sanya City with Sanya Fenghuang Airport using a D type train. But just be noted that only 7 out of 10 trains that takes 9 – 11 minutes can be used for your journey and don’t use the other 3 out of 10 trains that takes over 4 hours. Why this? it is because that the high speed trains runs in oppisite direction (west-bound trains / east-bound trains) on a ring route (see Hainan West Ring HSR & Hainan Eastern Ring HSR). For Fenghuang Airport to Sanya, you should take the east-bound trains, while for Sanya to Fenghuang Airport, you should take the west-bound trains.
Haikou – Sanya Airport by Train, 2.5 hrs & from CNY 125
Travelers can travel between Haikou and Sanya Fenghuang Airport by high speed trains in 2.5 – 3 hours, using Haikou East Station, Haikou Railway Station or Meilan Station (also the train station serving Haikou Meilan Airport) and Fenghuang Airport Train Station (FenghuangJichang).
