Guangzhou Pazhou Ferry Terminal

Guangzhou Pazhou Ferry Terminal (琶洲港澳客运口岸) is a modern passenger port in Haizhu District, right next to the Canton Fair Complex (Pazhou Complex). It runs high-speed ferries directly to or from Hong Kong International Airport’s Skypier — the fastest surface link between downtown Guangzhou and HKIA.

The ferry terminal has three floors: 1F for check-in and security, 2F for exiting, 3F for entry.

  • Terminal name: Pazhou Ferry Terminal Guangzhou (琶洲港澳客运口岸)
  • Location: No. 499 Yuejiang Middle Road, Haizhu District, Guangzhou
  • Opened: April 2023

Pazhou Intercity Station: Direct Train to Baiyun Airport

Since September 29, 2025, Pazhou Railway Station (琶洲站, Intercity Rail Station) operates as an underground intercity station adjacent to the ferry terminal. It’s served by the Guangzhou East Ring Intercity Railway (广州东环城际) and the Pazhou–Lianhuashan Line (琶莲城际).

  • Pazhou → Baiyun Airport: ~30 minutes
  • Pazhou → Panyu Station (beneath Guangzhou South Station): ~15 minutes (transfer to GSR long-distance trains)
  • Tickets: Available on 12306 app and “广东城际” WeChat account
  • Metro connections: Same station — Lines 8, 11, and Haizhu Tram Line 1

If you’re heading to the Canton Fair from Baiyun Airport, the intercity train is now faster than the metro and far cheaper than a taxi. And if you’re flying out of Guangzhou instead of Hong Kong, you can reach Baiyun Airport in half an hour without touching road traffic.
