Traveling from Wuzhen to Shanghai Pudong Airport (PVG) is straightforward, with two main options:

This option involves a combination of bus, high-speed train, and the newly opened Shanghai Airport Link Line. While it requires a few transfers, it’s efficient and offers flexibility in timing.

1. From Wuzhen to Tongxiang Station
- Wuzhen Water Town does not have its own train station, so you’ll need to travel to the closest Tongxiang Railway Station first.
- If you’re starting from Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area (Xizha), take Bus K350 (6:10–17:40, every 10 minutes) to Wuzhen Bus Station.
- From Wuzhen Bus Station, take Bus K282 (6:00–17:05, every 30 minutes) to Tongxiang Station. The journey takes about 1 hour. Alternatively, you can take Bus K281 (6:15–17:40, every 15–45 minutes) to Tongxiang High-Speed Railway Station, which takes around 1 hour and 20 minutes.
- For convenience, you can also take a taxi or DiDi directly from Wuzhen to Tongxiang Station.
2. From Tongxiang Station to Shanghai Hongqiao Station by Train

- At Tongxiang Station, board a high-speed train to Shanghai Hongqiao Station. The train ride takes approximately 50 minutes.
- Upon arrival at Shanghai Hongqiao Station, follow signs (Airport Link Line of Shanghai Suburban Railway) to Hongqiao Airport Terminal 2 Station (a 5–10 minute walk).
3. From Hongqiao to Pudong Airport by Airport Link Line
- Take the Airport Link Line (Shanghai Suburban Railway) from Hongqiao Airport Terminal 2 Station to Pudong Airport Terminal 1 & 2. The ride takes about 40 minutes and costs 26 yuan.
- Once you arrive, follow signs to your terminal.
