1. by Metro from Tianfu Airport to Chunxi Lu
The metro is an efficient and cost-effective way to reach Chunxi Road. Here’s how to do it:
Route:
- Take Metro Line 18 (Express trains) from Tianfu Airport to South Railway Station (1)
- Transfer to Line 1 and travel to Sichuan Gymnasium Station (3 stops)
- Switch to Line 3 and ride to Chunxi Road Station (3 stops)
- Total journey time: Approximately 1 hour
Consider taking the express train on Line 18 for a faster journey. These trains only stop at South Railway Station – Terminal 1 & 2 of Tianfu Airport – Tianfu Airport North, reducing travel time significantly.

- Stops: The express train only stops at three stations: South Railway Station – Terminal 1 & 2 of Tianfu Airport – Tianfu Airport North
- Travel Time: South Railway Station – Tianfu Airport takes 33-35 mins.
- Distinguishing Express and Regular Trains: Express and regular trains are on different platforms. Clear signs (marked as Express Train Station) and schedules are available at the station to guide passengers.

2. Airport Bus: Convenient for Late Arrivals
The airport bus is an excellent option, especially for night arrivals or if you have large luggage.
Route:
- Airport Bus Line 1 runs directly from Tianfu Airport to Chunxi Road (near the IFS Building)
Line 1: Tianfu Airport to Chunxi Road
- Operation Time: 24/7, with buses every 10-30 minutes.
- Fare: 15 yuan (06:00 – 23:30), 25 yuan (23:30 – 06:00).
- Travel Time: Approximately 80 minutes.
- Boarding Points:
- Terminal 1: L1 level, side of the terminal.
- Terminal 2: L1 level, side of the terminal.
- Chunxi Road: Under the IFS Panda Climbing Wall.
3. High-Speed Rail + Metro: A Speedy Alternative
This option combines the speed of high-speed rail with the convenience of the metro.
Route:

- From Chengdu East, take Metro Line 2 to Chunxi Road Station (7 stops)
Time and Cost:
- High-speed train: 30 minutes, 28-31 CNY
