Introduction
Zhangjiagang is a county-level city under the administration of Suzhou city in Jiangsu Province of mainland China. It is located on the southern bank of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, southeast of Changshu, south of Suzhou and Wuxi, and west of Jiangyin.
The only passenger railway station in Zhangjiagang is Zhangjiagang Railway Station, located in Tangqiao Town, Zhangjiagang in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province. It is an intermediate station on the Shanghai-Suzhou-Nantong Railway, Shanghai-Nanjing Riverside High-Speed Railway, and Nantong – Suzho – Jiaxing – Ningbo High-Speed Railway. The station was put into operation on July 1, 2020 along with the opening of Shanghai-Suzhou-Nantong Railway. It has a yard with 4 tracks and 13 lines.

As the only high-speed railway station in Zhangjiagang City, Zhangjiagang Station operates approximately 110 high-speed trains daily, including trains categorized as G, D, and C. Among them, there are frequent high-speed train services to major cities outside the province, including Shanghai, Nanjing, Jiaxing, Tongxiang, Hangzhou, Shaoxing, Ningbo, Qingdao, Jinan, Tianjin, Beijing, Shenzhen, Hefei, and Huangshan. Additionally, there are train services available to various destinations within the Jiangsu Province , including Nanjing, Xuzhou, Nantong, Lianyungang, Huai’an, Yancheng, Yangzhou, Taizhou, Suqian, and Jiangyin, Changsu, Taichang, Wujin, Jurong.
