Suzhou to Wangxian Valley via Shangrao by Train and Bus
If you’re planning a trip from Suzhou to the picturesque Wangxian Valley, combining high-speed rail and bus travel offers a convenient and scenic journey. You need to get to Shangrao Railway Station first, then a bus to Wangxian Valley.
For a direct journey, head to Suzhou North Station and board one of the available high-speed trains to Shangrao Station. Given the limited number of direct trains, it’s advisable to make a transfer at Shanghai Hongqiao as seen below.
Alternative Route via Shanghai Hongqiao (Recommended)
Upon arrival at Shangrao Railway Station, follow the signs to the East Bus Station, also known as the High-Speed Rail Station Bus Terminal. Here, you can catch a direct bus to Wangxian Valley:

Tickets and Entry: The entrance fee for Wangxian Valley is 120 yuan per person. It’s advisable to purchase tickets in advance for potential discounts. The park is open from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
Best Time to Visit Wangxian Valley
It is better to arrive at Wangxian Valley around 3-4 PM. This timing allows you to enjoy both the daytime scenery and the enchanting blue hour at dusk when the park lights up, creating perfect photo opportunities.
