New Timetable: Huangtudian – Badaling Great Wall ( Updated on Jan 3, 2018 )
Due to the constructin work of the Beijing – Zhangjiakou High Speed Railway, Beijing North Railway Station (Beijingbei) closed and won’t reopen until late 2017. The S2 Line (trains to Badaling for Great Wall) service has been moved to Huangtudian Station (黄土店站). New timetable for trains to Badaling on the S2 Line has been released. See below:

Huangtudian Station
Huangtudian Railway Station (黄土店站) is located in Huangtudian Village in Changping District of Beijing City (北京市昌平区黄土店村). Due to Beijing North Railway Station stops operation temporarily, the famous S2 Line service to the Great Wall at Badaling is moved to Huangtudian Station from November 1, 2016. Huangtudian Station will be serving as the starting station for the S2 Line to Badaling until late 2019 when Beijing North Railway Station reopens.
- How to Reach: by Metro line 13 and line 8 (Get off at Huoying Station, 霍营站, Exit from G4 gate & walk 110m to Huangtudian Station).
- Location: Huangtudian Village, Changping District
How to Get to Huangtudian Train Station
Travellers can take metro line 8 (05:10 – 22:05) or line 13 (05:35 – 22:42) to Huoying Station (霍营) first, then get exit from the G4 and walk about 110 meters to get to Huangtudian Railway Station.
Train Tickets
You can only buy tickets to Badaling at Huangtudian Station. For others train ticket reservation service, you may use http://www.chinahighlights.com/china-trains/

Does it mean that the trains marked “Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon” are the only trains from Huangtudian to Badaling on Friday? Or is it that those trains only go on those days? I’m going tomorrow and need to know at what time I can take the train.
The trains marked with Fri, Sat, Sun, or Mon only run on those days, once a day. For example, the S213 will only be available on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday.
