Introduction

Hangzhou City has four main train stations: Hangzhou Station, Hangzhou East Station (Hangzhoudong), Hangzhou South Station (Hangzhounan), & Hangzhou West Station (Hangzhouxi). Among them, Hangzhou West Station mainly handles the operation of high-speed trains and express trains (D and G trains).

Hangzhou West  Station, located in Cangqian Street, Yuhang District is one of the three major transportation hubs in Hangzhou, along with Hangzhou East Station & Xiaoshan Airport. It is also a major supporting facility for the 2023 Hangzhou Asian Games. The station officially opened on September 22, 2022. It is about 12 km from the city center, 4 km from the headquarters of Alibaba,  17 km from Wulin Square. The station has a total scale of 11 platforms & 20 tracks.

 Hangzhou West Station to Xiaoshan Airport

Hangzhou West Station is approximately 50 kilometers away from Xiaoshan Airport. The convenient Hangzhou Metro line 19 offers a direct connection between Hangzhou West Station (Huoche Xizhan Metro Station) and Xiaoshan International Airport, with a travel time of around 55 minutes.

 Hangzhou West Station to West Lake

For a journey from Hangzhou West Station to West Lake, take Metro Line 3 to Wulin Square Station, then transfer to Line 1 and disembark at Longxiangqiao Station. Upon exiting Longxiangqiao Metro Station from Exit C, take a short stroll of a few hundred meters to reach the lakeside of West Lake. The enchanting music fountain is located in close proximity.

 Hangzhou West Station to East Station

Take the Hangzhou Metro line 19 to travel between Hangzhou West Station (Huoche Xizhan Metro Station) and Hangzhou East Station (East Square of the Train East Station).
